New Business Consulting Firm to support Architects, Construction and Prefabrication Companies

Cleveland, March 27, 2024: Ryan Ware, Former President, and Co-Founder of Vantis, a leading specialty subcontractor in the San Francisco Bay Area launched his new endeavor, A Fractional COO Consulting Firm. Following its launch, the Firm will focus on the architectural, construction and prefabrication manufacturing industry. Prior to founding Vantis Ware was with DIRTT, a leading interior prefabrication manufacturer, serving as their National Preconstruction Expert. Ware’s new firm, Connective Consulting Group, is based in Cleveland, Ohio, where he relocated to from the Bay Area. Ware noted that “Returning to the Ohio region provides the opportunity to be more accessible to many of our connections and clients.”

The Connective Consulting Group will provide Fractional COO Services to support operational needs, changes, training and team development. “The priority is focusing on business operation, which often becomes less of a focus for startups and smaller businesses in these industries, projects take precedence” Ware said.

Ware is a graduate of Kent State University School of Architectural and Environmental Design in 2001. He is also a current Graduate student at the Kent State Ambassador Crawford College of Business and Entrepreneurship. He practiced Architecture with firms in North Carolina and Ohio ranging in size of 5-100, including MA Design in Columbus, OH.

Ware has an extensive background in Architecture, Construction and Manufacturing. His architectural experience and business operational support provided him a foundation to focus on leading construction companies and their operations. Also, Ware has supported prefabrications manufactures and their channel providing training and guidance across north America. He was a critical driver of changing how interior prefabrication solutions are specified.

“I have spent the first half of my career in Architecture Design, starting a Construction company, leading change for prefabrication and innovation integration, I am excited to be able to provide my expertise to others in their pursuit of operational improvements for their businesses” Ware said. The firm also works with executives and Human Resource teams to develop and provide tailored training. “Helping others learning is one of my true passions in life” he added. “Especially if we can open minds to curiosity and willingness to take risks”.
