Fractional COO and Coaching Engagement Solutions

Our Process

Because operational solutions is not a one size fits all approach, due to each business’s complexity and teams’ unique skills, experience and business culture. Each engagement must begin with a journey of understanding the businesses ecosystem to avoid unintended consequences. This multi-stated approach allows your team and ours to better understand one another as we become further rooted into your team and begin the journey to together.

Discovery

We ask questions, listen, and learn about your business, the current state, and future goals.

Early Engagement

Your team will operate as normal, while our team begins to identify possible improvements. Outline scope, identify impact and potential risks. We work as a team to define goals and set clear vison.

Optimization

Communicate with all stakeholders, create reporting and tracking processes, and launch into implementation stage. Working together, we will develop and initiate necessary training for all stakeholders.

Operate

Running by the Bike phase, providing ongoing monitoring with team building and development of succession plan for team ownership after successful implementation.

Ongoing Monitoring

Because operational change is a journey and not a destination, constant monitoring will occur. However our team will work with your team and transfer operations ownership as part of the succession planning and your long-term growth.
